Questions we hear on the floor

This page answers practical questions about scope, rhythm, checks and first conversations — in plain layout, not an accordion. Use the jump list on the right to move between topics.

How is a campaign engagement structured?

We open with a written scope naming capabilities from the board, rhythm from the timing rail and deliverables from the margin ledger. A quarter of channel work might combine campaign architecture and production governance; a launch window might add a production sprint inside the final month. Everything is documented before cards move.

What does the first month look like?

Week one is intake: schedules marked, board columns named, approvers listed. Week two is quiet drafting with one review. Week three introduces the standing Wednesday production review. Week four closes with a release note even if nothing public ships — so the rhythm is set.

Who checks work before it goes out?

The project editor checks completeness; the production lead checks timing; brand or legal check only when flagged at intake; creative direction checks visual work. Each check leaves a mark on the margin sheet — chat approval is not sufficient.

Do you work with external vendors?

Yes, often. We document vendor lanes on the channel map, set version rules and log their deadlines on the board. We do not replace your procurement; we make their deliverables visible alongside yours.

Can we keep our own project tools?

Yes, provided we receive exports for the board read. We mirror status in our schedule PDF each Friday so stakeholders who do not use your tool still see truth.

What timezone do you observe?

Asia/Singapore throughout. Hours on the top strip are local; release notes timestamp in SGT.

How are revisions handled?

Each revision increments the version mark and returns the card to draft column until a new review mark is applied. Scope beyond agreed rounds is named in writing before work continues.

What should we send before a first conversation?

A short note on timeline, approvers, channels in scope and anything frozen by legal. A PDF brief is ideal; a link is acceptable if we can export it.

Is there a contact form on this site?

No. Callsign lists address, phone and mailto links only. Write to [email protected] and a producer will reply within two working days during business hours.

Where is privacy correspondence sent?

[email protected] for access and correction requests under Singapore PDPA. Details are on the privacy notice.
